Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Assisting the owner with the day to day operation of company.
Booking Clients.
Collecting payments.
Driving clients and employees to appointments, airports etc...
Party planning.
Appointment Setting New Client marketing (meet and greets, attending partys etc)
You must have vast knowledge and experience in the "Lifestyle".. If you dont know what the "Lifestyle" is, then this job is not for you.. You also MUST be comfortable working in the adult entertainment industry, and also be ok attending parties where most of the participants are nude...
As stated above, we have more than 300 clients, most of which demand and pay for a certain level of customer service. You need to be comfortable working with and along side people of other races and sexual orientations. You need to know how to exude sexuality without being raunchy.. WE ARE NOT AN ESCORT SERVICE!! You have to be an excellent problem solver, able to work with no supervision, as the owner travels and works out of more than one city for extended periods of time.. Also, you need to be single or have a VERY understanding spouse.. You keep long hours, there is mandatory travel, mandatory attendance at the industry events etc... Our last assistant was married, and although her husband said he was ok with and excited, it quickly put a strain on their relationship and she ultimately quit before we could hire a replacement. This has to be the right fit for all involved..
