I have experience in property management, residential brokerage, finance, and development.
I have held my RE license for some time but am no longer licensed.
My skills lend themselves toward the finance side of real estate operations.
I can build and maintain deal financial models for almost any type of deal you have.
I can prepare and monitor budgets, prepare investor quarterly updates, forecast capital requirements and distributions to investors, work entitlements with assistance, manage development with assistance, and run all aspects of management at both the property and asset level.
I am also a licensed notary.
I am open to a short term or long term arrangement.
