Thanks, Gethen Details: Identify different song structures with the purpose of analyzing the overall arc of the composition and how it relates to the song's message.
Facilitator will provide up to 3 examples and attendees can bring their own examples to share and discuss.
After laying out some standard structures, we will review basic tools to compose and document a song to allow easy modification to the structure and sharing the structure among a group of musicians.
Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
1 hour will be devoted to the discussion and the remaining time will be for networking and geeking out on music.
