My name is Alex.
I currently play lead guitar in a local pop-punk band but am looking to branch out a bit and spend more time playing music.
I'm a 28 y/o male looking for another permanent band or live/studio session gigs.
I moved here from the midwest ~5 years ago and have played in numerous local bands for 10+ years.
I play DW Collectors, SJC Custom drums, Zildjian A/K, Meinl Byzance, can play to a metronome, can trigger backing tracks for live shows, and have a mini studio for tracking demos.
I also have reliable transportation and a semi-flexible schedule.
I'm first and foremost looking for another permanent band in the rock/pop-punk genre.
Looking for bands that play music similar to All Time Low, old school Paramore, Mayday Parade, The Killers, My Chem, etc.
Open to others, but this is definitely my specialty.
Looking to join an already established group.
Second to the permanent band, I'm also open to last minute live gigs or recording sessions.
Open to all genres.
