All utilities, including water, wifi, air conditioning, and heating, are included in the fee.
A small desk and chair, two drawers, a TV stand, a TV, a TV sound bar, and a full-size mattress and frame are all included in the room's setup.
A $550 refundable deposit is required.
My dad and I share this house, and our bedrooms are downstairs.
You are welcome to use the kitchen whenever you like and will have the majority of the upstairs to yourself.
We have a lovely glassed-in terrace where we like to chill out in sweaters.
As long as they treat the house with respect and show the same consideration as we would in a similar circumstance, we are happy for you to host visitors.
