Deposit: 700 dollars (option to pay in 2 installments of 360 over 2 months after moving in)
Lease term: Minimum 3 months, month to month after that, its a rental, stay as long as you want but on a month to month basis!
Rent payment options: ONLY Zelle/Venmo/Paypal, option to pay weekly if you are ok with 1000 deposit (payable in 2 parts over 2 months)
Fast move-in: You get to move in within 24 hours (if you meet all criteria and funds requirement)
Showings: 2 hours notice needed (weekends work best or after 6pm on weekdays)
Utilities: Flat fee of 100 dollars/month (includes electricity, water, gas, heating/cooling, high speed 100Mbps internet)
If you are in any of the below category, then deposit will be different:
1) BELOW 600 CREDIT, Deposit = 1000 dollars (option to pay in 3 installments of 350 over 3 months after moving in)
2) PRIOR BANKRUPTCY, Deposit = First months rent
5 bedroom/3 full bath house.
All rooms can accommodate bed and also a desk and a chair.
1 driveway parking spot also available (for additional 25/month), or you can choose to park on the street for no charge.
Room options are:
Room-2: Can fit queen size bed, a table and a chair.
2 shared full baths, one upstairs and one downstairs.
About the location:
10 minutes drive to Denver International Airport, 5 minutes drive to Walmart, strip mall consisting of Ace Hardware, Planet Fitness, Church's Texas Chicken, Little Caesars Pizza, Autozone auto parts, O Reilly Auto parts, Liquor store etc
1) No smoking inside house, outside smoking ok.
Weed outside ok but no drugs.
