The apartment is a 2BR/2BA in an apartment building.
The apartment building and neighborhood is quiet with plenty of nearby green spaces.
Nearby grocery stores include: King Soopers, Safeway, Trader Joe's, and Sprouts.
The bedroom has one closet.
You'll have your own separate bathroom.
There are closets in the hallway for additional clothes/linens/etc.
The bathroom has a large counter space with a full-wall mirror, vanity, and a full-sized tub/shower.
The kitchen is a good size and has all the standard appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal.
There are laundry rooms on every floor.
There is an indoor pool and sauna and also a small fitness area.
The apartment is in a great location, close to both downtown and the bars and restaurants on Broadway.
It's also by the Cherry Creek Trail for easy commuting on a bike.
I am a quiet person so I'm looking for a roommate that is able to share the apartment spaces quietly.
I really try and keep the place as a bit of a sanctuary so I have a lot of plants.
Being clean and orderly is non-negotiable.
Unfortunately, the building is non-smoking and pet-free.
