We are a married M/F couple who rent 3 rooms in our semi-communal home.
Over the years, we've learned that the ideal housemates are friendly, easy-going, flexible, respectful, responsible, and express an interest in us and our other housemates.
We've shared our home successfully with many graduate students and working or retired professionals.
The available rooms are large, sunny, and fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, a desk and chair, dresser, shelves, lights, bedside table.
*You will need to provide your own bedding (sheets, pillows, blanket, etc.
) and towels.
-Included in the rent:
• Full bathroom, shared by a total of three housemates (a half-bath on the first floor is available to all)
• Heat/hot water
• Window unit A/C
• Shared kitchen (NO cooking after 9pm)
• High speed wi-fi
• Free, off-street parking
• On-site (1st floor) washer/dryer
• A small refrigerator in the kitchen is provided for each housemate as well as a shared chest freezer in the basement.
There is a modest amount of storage space for dried goods and staples.
