I am looking for someone who is CLEAN, mature, and responsible male roommate.
examples:  If the trash is full, take it out.
 If the dishwasher is full, start it, and if it is clean, empty it  Occasionally run a vacuum in your room.
(I have two you can pick from).
• Normal daytime work hours would be preferred, but any one who works the night shift is also welcome here, • No Pets • No Couples • If you are looking to have people over regularly, this isn’t the place for you.
• (Tobacco use should be outdoors only) I will be very respectful of your space and privacy and expect the same from you.
First and Last month's rent due upon move in Last month's rent will be used as a security deposit against damages.
6-month lease to start which can be renewed.
Average size with full bathroom.
Plenty of parking directly in front of house as well as 3 car drive.
Full criminal background check and credit check will be done prior to any signed lease agreement.
