• Normal daytime work hours would be preferred, but any one who works the night shift is also welcome here, • No Pets Non-smoker and please no drunks • No Couples • If you are looking to have people over regularly, this isn’t the place for you.
• (Tobacco use should be outdoors only) I will be very respectful of your space and privacy and expect the same from you.

Plenty of parking directly in front of house as well as 3 car drive.
Full criminal background check and credit check will be done prior to any signed lease agreement.
