Me - my roommate left unexpectedly for work so I need a new one.
I am a mid 30’s dude.
I work a lot and spend most of my time with my lovely girlfriend, usually at her place, so I’m not home a ton maybe about 7-10 days out of the month so you’ll mostly have the place to yourself.
When I am home I like to work on electronics, computers, guitars and watch movies.
I practice guitar with headphones on, so it’s not at all noisy.
I don’t use the kitchen a ton and am clean and super respectful of personal space and privacy.
You - kind, respectful clean, but not a total neat freak (like me!).
I’m just looking for someone to share a space with who’s laid back, easy to live with, and pays bills on time.
Rent is $1000 each plus $500 deposit at move in.
Utilities not included and usually run about $200 each for power, water, and high speed internet.
You’re looking 1200 per month total.
