The house was Built in the 70's and is in very good condition.
You will have private use of your bedroom and bathroom as well as your own kitchen.
Locking door knobs on basement suite give that little extra privacy.
The common areas like Family Room, Living Room, Garage for bikes and athletic gear, patio with bbq, washer and dryer are shared by all.
I may live here at some time but for now all the rooms are
rented out.
I am gone most of the time so I need helpful people that are not afraid of pitching in.
The basement suite was finished in 2018.
You will be expected to clean up after yourself if using the common areas.

Prefer mature working professional, absolutely no drugs, no 420, no pets since I am allergic to some animals, no smokers or vapers.
This situation is nice for someone that would like to live in a nice size house instead of an apartment and share responsibilities with a couple other professionals.
If everyone cleans up after themselves it should not be too big of a chore.
Your private room and bathroom are your personal responsibility.
This situation works best for individuals that live lightly.
You are: a mature person who has little interest in frequent visitors/suitors/partying friends, (occasional visitors is fine), and who has a stable income, a pleasant personality, a respectful demeanor, and are clean, and honest and who will pass a professional full background check.
The upstairs kitchen is shared by 4 people.
You have your own downstairs.
Frying or pungent cooking odors are not compatible with this style of living.
I will maintain a pleasant clean respectful environment.
