Must have -good rental history -12 month contract -$350 deposit -$750 for first 2 months then $900/month for the remainder 10 months -have your own liability insurance -drama free environment -keep a clean space in your room and kitchen area -keep music level down in your room The vibe at my studio is private, relaxing and friendly.
Must be ok with a kid-free environment, so our clients have a safe place to relax and enjoy themselves.
